Do you provide Windows support?
We do support Windows and Linux devices, however, our focus is on supporting Apple-based environments; we excel at support for macOS and iOS devices. The rule of thumb is that we typically support environments with at least 75% Apple technology.
What type of tech do you support?
We support a broad set of technologies, which we’ve identified as being best-in-class in their respective category. This spans across an organization’s cloud & local applications, and includes any on-premises infrastructure that they may have.
Do you offer onsite support services?
Yes, we do make our sophisticated onsite support capabilities available in a number of “core regions” across the United States. Each and every one of our technicians are highly-trained, Apple-certified, and has undergone a background check.
How do you bill for monthly services?
We offer several billing models with the dual objective of removing barriers to entry, while at the same time keeping pricing simple and easy to predict. Plans range from monthly consulting retainers to per-user agreements, which function like a software license.
Do you require a support contract?
While we aim to keep our Terms of Service flexible, a number of unique variables are taken into account. As such, we do ask that our clients sign a support agreement. Please reach out to one of our Apple-certified consultants for more information.
Do you offer one-off IT projects?
Yes, we have a sophisticated Professional Services team that is adept at executing on complex project initiatives. We assign a dedicated project manager to each initiative to ensure that all of our services are delivered on time and on budget.
