Interlaced is the most operationally mature Apple-focused managed services provider in the nation. We provide outsourced IT services for businesses that use Apple technology. Our 24/7 service desk is comprised of former Apple Geniuses, and our technology roadmap allows us to serve as the trusted IT strategist for our clients. We operate in San Francisco, San Diego, and LA – with plans for growth in 2019!
We are looking for a teammate that can be the customer development and sales hero our company needs. This role will give you a comprehensive education in user research, sales planning, and sales execution and you will work closely with the CEO and Sales Manager at Interlaced to help source new business and identify patterns in go-to-market strategy.
This is a full-time role to join a growing information technology company. The ideal candidate is extremely curious and communicative while also having a process- and detail-oriented approach to solving problems. This role is for people who are not afraid of failure and have the perseverance to continue learning in the face of adversity. And a little bit of competitive fire never hurts!
– Manage a sales funnel and handle cold calling efforts to drum up new business by making outbound calls, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings – Prospect and identify key decision-makers to lay the foundation for a strong, long-lasting relationship – Use a value-oriented consultative approach to listen to prospective customers and educate them on how Interlaced can assist their operations – Work closely with our CEO to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business – Synthesize and communicate all interview learnings from prospective customers with the team – Suggest new product ideas based on customer interviews and derived insights – Track sales progress with speed and accuracy into the organization’s CRM database (Hubspot) – Represent yourself professionally in all interactions with prospects, clients – Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
What you’ll Learn:
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship while building up a sales toolkit. You’ll get the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and Sales Manager and learn about sales strategy, tactics, while also getting exposure to the product management process and the decision-making that takes place in early stage companies.
– 1+ years of experience in sales outreach – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail – Self-starter that can work independently, as well as in a small team environment.
