Jaime comes to Interlaced after spending over five years working at Apple, both as a technical specialist and a Genius, earning multiple awards for exceptional customer service.
Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University, as well as several IT certifications.
In his free time, Jaime is passionate about traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
Starting March 9th, Jaime will join the Interlaced Service Desk Engineering Team, and will be available to our clients through chat, Slack, phone and video.
