Where is Interlaced located?
Interlaced has two operations centers. We serve the western US via our San Diego location and eastern US via our Nashville location. We have team members in 18 US states and most major metros to serve your business.
What types of clients does Interlaced work with?
We love working with all small and medium sized businesses. We primarily serve fast growing startups, creative agencies, B2C brands, tech companies, biotech and life science companies and mission-driven non-profits.
Why is Interlaced a better option than competitors?
While we hope you’ll choose Interlaced, we want you to find the best partner for your business and your team. We’ve built Interlaced to be a team of friendly and approachable IT pros. We’ve taken this approach because A. We like working with fun people and B. Most of our clients have a similar team makeup and we want to be the best integrated partner we can be for them.
Why is Interlaced a better option than an Internal hire or team?
Again, for some businesses an internal team might make the most sense. We feel strongly based on our years of experience that working with Interlaced is the best option for teams between 20 and 500 team members because of A. The wide-range of skills and experience we offer; B. The relative cost-benefit to access our skills and experience; C. The reduced risk of using a professional service to support your mission critical systems, 24 hours a day; and D. The ease and scalability of working with us.

Are there any fees to get started?
No! All of the costs associated with launching our new partnership are included with your standard, first monthly invoice.
How are additional users added to our monthly plan?
Each month, an automated user list will be generated and posted to your Interstellar client portal for review before the monthly invoice is raised.
Do you offer volume discounts as my company grows?
Yes! Please contact us with your growth plans and we will discuss options to help pass on some cost savings, as we both realize economies of scale.
Are there any hidden costs?

No! We offer simple transparent pricing that covers everything in your monthly plan. If there are any special projects that are recommended, we will align on a budget and timeline with you before any work is started.

What if I’m not satisfied with services?
All of our contracts have a 60-day, no questions asked termination period to start. We want you to be completely satisfied with our new partnership.
What will support look like once I am a client?
Check out our getting started page for more information on launching the partnership. After launch, key stakeholders from your company will meet regularly with your Client Success Manager to discuss strategy, budget, security, service performance and more. Your wider team will engage Interlaced via Slack, Teams, email and Zoom for day-to-day support.
What happens if I have a business emergency after normal business hours?
Our team works around the clock, you can reach us via Slack, Teams or email at hello@interlaced.io and we'll be ready to assist!
How long does it take Interlaced to respond when I have a service request?
We typically respond within 15 minutes and commonly respond in under 5 minutes.

Interstellar is our proprietary client portal that serves as your one stop shop to manage your partnership with Interlaced. Here you’ll find items like service reports and metrics, solution recommendations, user and inventory lists, billing history, options to book time with your Client Success Manager and more.
What is Interlaced’s security posture?
Interlaced is SOC 2 and CIS IG2 ready. We have full time CISSP and CMMC RP certified practitioners on staff.
