Team member onboarding & offboarding
We’ll handle all the fine details. With every new user that starts, Interlaced will ensure they get a device either from on-hand inventory or order a new one, and provision their access in your company’s core SaaS environment. Lastly - we’ll join them for a first-day video call to welcome and help them get familiar with their new technology.
Device management and endpoint security
Partner with Interlaced to manage and safeguard your fleet with industry-leading MDM and endpoint detection response (EDR) solutions like Addigy, SentinelOne, Jamf, Kandji, and more. Our trained MDM technicians will ensure your devices are running optimally, patched continuously, and always secure.
Inventory warehouse and shipping
You have partners that manage your financial assets, shouldn’t you have someone manage your technology assets? That’s where we come in. We’ll create a program based on your needs and preferences to procure and warehouse your devices, ship them to new team members hired, and ultimately retrieve them when your team members move to their next opportunity. And as Apple and Dell partners, we’ll work to generate some cash back for you when the devices have reached their end-of-life.
SaaS operations
Unlock discounts on popular SaaS products like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, OneLogin, and many more through our volume purchasing programs. Interlaced’s Client Success Managers will help strategize on ways you can save on your annual IT spend by consolidating and optimizing your SaaS environments. Manage and control access to your company’s sensitive data and applications with processes built to support your team’s growth.
SaaS administration
Interlaced will administer and maintain all of your SaaS solutions (Google, Microsoft, etc.) and make sure they’re running optimally. We’ll make sure your users can log in and access the data they need, and we can remove users when access is no longer needed. If your team works remotely, Interlaced can adjust settings to improve security and make data access easier, helping to improve efficiency.
24x5 IT helpdesk
We all want technology to work all of the time but short of that, we want a trusted partner to help when it doesn’t. Interlaced’s team of trained tech professionals is ready to help via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email, 24 hours a day. Want to talk face-to-face? We always offer the option of troubleshooting your tech issues via Zoom for a more personalized IT support experience.
Endpoint backup
Make sure your teams never lose their data with our endpoint backups. We’ll make a copy of data from places like your team’s laptops, desktops, and servers so you can avoid as little disruption as possible.
Device encryption
Data is the lifeline of every company and no one wants that data to end up in the hands of the wrong people. Your team’s data will be encoded with device encryption, preventing any outside user from deciphering it without approved access.
Email security
Email is one of the most common communication methods used by businesses today. It’s also one of the most attractive avenues for cyber threats and attacks. Interlaced’s email security runs all messages through an extensive database to reduce phishing and spear-phishing attacks as well as spoofing. Likewise, if an issue is detected, alerts are triggered so users can avoid interacting with any potential threats.
VPN
It’s easy to assume that your internet connection, even when a password is required, is secure. Unfortunately, that’s not the case in most situations. If your teams are working remotely or even for hybrid workplaces, a virtual private network (VPN) allows employees to make a secure connection to your network while their data is encrypted and even blocks their IP address.
SaaS backup
While many Saas applications do offer their customers backup for their products, they often don’t have backups in place for their individual customers. Meaning if the application was hacked or overwritten at a global level, the application developers likely have ongoing backups to restore their data. However, if your applications are hacked or deleted/overwritten by an employee, the application developers may not be able to recoup that data. With Interlaced’s SaaS backup solution, any data created within your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace applications stay safe and protected.
Password manager
You keep your physical valuables in a safe, why wouldn’t you do the same thing with your passwords? Password manager helps secure your digital valuables by storing your passwords. Likewise, they can suggest new passwords when you need them so you aren’t using the same thing across every platform.
Security training
What’s the easiest way to develop a new habit? Routine training. The same principle applies when creating secure environments. Interlaced will provide ongoing employee training for an added layer of protection so you and your teams can implement sound practices.
SOC/SIEM
For companies requiring Security Operations Center (SOC) or Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM) compliance, Interlaced can provide advanced tools for monitoring and blocking potential cyber threats.
BYOD MDM
It makes sense that in some companies, employees may operate on their own personal devices instead of using company-procured devices. But how do you keep those devices secure? With Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) MDM, Interlaced can monitor and protect those devices while leaving their personal information alone.
Virtual desktop infrastructure
If you find yourself working frequently with contractors, a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) allows these employees access to a desktop without needing to provide them with a device. If access is no longer needed, the virtual desktops can be revoked and locked down.
