Welcome Mustafa “Mus” Fermawi

Interlaced would like to welcome Mustafa “Mus” Fermawi as the latest addition to our ServiceDesk Engineering Team!

Mus comes to Interlaced after spending almost nine years at Apple, where he helped small businesses thrive through his roles as a Specialist, a Genius Bar Technician, and an Apple Business Expert.

Mus has broad experience deploying Apple products, providing Apple IT Support, managing Jamf MDM, and finding innovative solutions that solve both business and technical problems.

In his free time, Mus is passionate about giving back to the community and is active in volunteering, coaching, and mentoring youth. He is also passionate about travel and food (Ramen and Hot Pot).

Starting January 2nd, Mus will join our Service Desk Engineers at Interlaced’s San Diego HQ and will be available to our clients via Chat, Slack, Email and Phone.

Jeff has served as an operating executive at Interlaced since 2016. He is deeply passionate about driving impact for Interlaced, for his community, and for his loved ones. In his spare time, Jeff loves spending time with his wife and son at the world famous San Diego Zoo, enjoying tacos on the beach in Baja, cheering on the San Diego Padres, adventuring outdoors and playing music with friends. Jeff’s top 3 films of all time are Point Break (the original), Road House and Field of Dreams.
